Here is the picture of the White House. We stumbled upon it in our travels of our last day in DC. We had got on the metro and were headed over to the crime and punishment museum and got delayed when a man was killed by either falling or being pushed into the way of a metro train. That meant that all of the trains on the orange and blue line were being stopped or sent back to the stop before the accident. We needed to get to metro center and didn't have time for the shuttle service to get running (they said it could take up to two hours) so we hoofed it the eleven blocks and happened to walk right passed the White House. So that is how we got this picture.
Here is a picture of the Capital Building that I took on my way to the Botanical Gardens. Those pictures will come later, I have allot of them.
